Ashley Morgan Kemplin, age 36, of Salt Lick, passed away Sunday, February 25, 2018, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington. Born July 24, 1981, in West Liberty, Ashley is the daughter of Billy Roy Kemplin of Ezel and Patricia Jo Peyton Stewart of Salt Lick. In addition to her parents, she is survived by one son, Jeffrey Blake Whitt of Salt Lick; one brother, Billy Joe Kemplin and wife Lisa of Ezel; one niece and nephew, Tianna Kemplin and Tristan Kemplin; and a host of aunts and uncles. Ashley was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Wednesday, February 28, 2018, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Dean Ball officiating. Burial will follow in Peyton Cemetery on Kellacey Road in Morgan County. Pallbearers: Rod McMahan, Josh McMahan, Christopher Peyton, Donnie Peyton, Paul Peyton, and Tristan Kemplin.
