Arnold Wayne Warren, Sr., age 73, of Pelfrey Road, Morehead, passed away Sunday, January 10, 2021, at his residence.

Born March 27, 1947, in Rowan County, he was a son of the late Arnold Elwood Warren and Delphia Faye Elliott Hickman.

He is survived by two sons, Arnold Wayne Warren, Jr. (Denita) of Carter County and Zane Warren of Morehead; one daughter, Tammy Collins (JR Mynhier) of Morehead; three brothers, Walter Jerry Warren and Terry Mitchell Warren (Phyllis), both of Morehead, and Jeff Warren (Debbie) of Elizaville; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Wayne was a retired concrete finisher and enjoyed pottery, creating concrete statues, planting flowers and trees, and spending time with his family.

Funeral services will be conducted 3 p.m. Thursday, January 14, 2021, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Mark Caldwell officiating.  Burial will follow in Siloam Cemetery.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, January 14, 2021, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.

COVID-19 mandates will be observed.
