Arnold Wayne Mabry, age 59, of Fyrl Street, Clearfield, passed away Thursday, June 18, 2015, at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington. Born April 29, 1956, Wayne is the son of Omer A. Mabry and his wife Guyan Sloan Mabry of Morehead and his mother, the late Maxine Adkins Scott. Besides his mother, he was preceded in death one sister, Donna Smedley, and two brothers, Allen Mabry and Rodney Conn Also surviving are his children, Shawna Blundell of Morehead and Marvin Mabry of Prestonsburg; four grandchildren, Dakota, Brooklynn, Shiane, and Ethan; one sister and her husband, Judy and Terry Winkle of Morehead; three special nieces, Denise, Shirley and Amanda; two half-brothers and one half-sister, Randy Adkins, Charles Scott, and Angela Scott, all of Dayton, Ohio. Wayne was a former iron worker, construction worker and mechanic. He enjoyed fishing, watching Westerns on television and most of all helping people. He will be sadly missed. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 23, 2015, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Pastor Terry Davis officiating. Burial will follow in the Nickell Cemetery on KY 173. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Visitation is 6 p.m. Monday, June 22, 2015, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead.
