Archie Wayne Seyfang, age 67, of Idlewood Lane, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, July 22, 2012, at his residence. Born October 20, 1944, in Washington, Court House, Ohio, he was a son of the late Frank Leroy and Martha Coulter Seyfang. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Walter Seyfang, a newborn baby brother, Frank Leroy Seyfang, and his K-9 Brownie, who died in January. Wayne is survived by his wife Linda Lou Slagle Seyfang, whom he married December 19, 1963; three daughters; Kimme Dillon and husband Chris Dillon of Olive Hill, Kentucky, Toni Amburgey of Dayton, Ohio, Mia Bowling and husband Charlie Ison of Morehead, Kentucky; seven grandchildren, Jessica Seyfang, Jordan Bowling, Lindy Messer, Kyle Bowling, Joshua Dillon, Alyssa Amburgey, and Kylie Ison; and seven great grandchildren, Dakota Messer, Abbigail Messer, Destiny Messer, Madison Messer, Lillian Messer, Landon Bowling, and Heaven Messer. Other survivors include three brothers, Floyd Seyfang of Oakland, California, and Bill and Joe Seyfang, both of Washington Court House, Ohio; one sister, Alice Smith of Washington Court House, Ohio; and numerous nieces and nephews. Wayne retired in 1994 from General Motors in Dayton, Ohio, after 30 years of service. He enjoyed gardening, watching football, listening to country music, and watching his grandchildren play sports. A funeral service will be conducted 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 25, 2012, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel in Morehead with the Rev. Raymond Vancleve officiating. A graveside service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 25, 2012, at the Washington Cemetery in Washington Court House, Ohio. Pallbearers: Charlie Ison, Kyle Bowling, Chris Dillon, Jeremy Messer, Johnny Bowling, and Joe Riley.
