Anthony Edward 'Fritz' Keller, age 78, of Moores Flat Road, Morehead, peacefully crossed over into the arms of Jesus on Sunday, March 26, 2017, at his home surrounded by his family. Born June 11, 1938, in Colliers, West Virginia, he was a son of the late Elmer and Catherine Wagoner Keller. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Louise 'Chic' Pugh and Adaline Morris. Fritz is survived by his devoted wife of 54 years, Jane Carol Craig Keller; one daughter, Catherine Porter of Jeffersonville; three grandchildren, Kristen (Jake) Mosley, Joshua (Keshia) Porter, and Ryan Porter; four great grandchildren, Kaden and Brody Porter and Nolan and Zachary Mosley; one brother and one sister, Rick Keller and Amelia Beebout, both of Chester, West Virginia. He also leaves behind his church family and many dear friends. He was a retired truck driver for Murray Trucking Company in East Liverpool, Ohio, and a proud veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. Fritz and Carol moved to Morehead in 1996 from Chester, West Virginia, to be near their daughter. Former members of the Chester First Church of the Nazarene, both attended the First Church of God in Morehead. Fritz thoroughly enjoyed his job as a truck driver-'his passion-'as well as hunting, fishing, and spending time at the cabin. A lifelong musician and performer, he enjoyed singing and playing the guitar. His greatest love, in addition to his Savior, was his family, especially his cherished grandchildren and great grandchildren. His love for 'all children' was witnessed by his support to St. Jude Children's Hospital and his frequent comment to others about children: 'This is what life is all about.'
