Anthony Wayne Blevins, age 64, of Grassy Lick Lane, Mt. Sterling, passed away Friday, June 2, 2023, at St. Joseph Main in Lexington.

Born June 10, 1958, in Montgomery County, he is a son of Lilly Marlene McCarty Blevins of Mt. Sterling and the late Russell V. Blevins.  Besides his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Mike Blevins.

In addition to his mother, Anthony is survived by his wife, Shanna Dunaway Blevins; two sons, Anthony Wayne Blevins II and wife Mary and Zachary Clark Blevins, all of Mt. Sterling; three daughters, Brooke Oakley and husband Michael and April Centers (Kelly Henderson), all of Mt. Sterling, and Angel Bailey and husband Joe of Winchester; 17 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren;

Other survivors include two brothers, Gary Blevins and wife Teresa and Mickey Blevins and wife Jan; a sister-in-law, Darlene Blevins, all of Mt. Sterling; several nieces and nephews, as well as many loving extended family members and friends.

He was a farmer and a member of West Main Church of Christ.  He will be greatly missed and remembered with love.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday, June 6, 2023, at Living Water Church.

A celebration of life will be held at 6 p. m. Tuesday, June 6, 2023, at Living Water Church, 200 Fogg Pike, Mt. Sterling, Kentucky 40353 with Gist Howell officiating.
