Anna Stephens McKee, age 87, of Sunset Road, Hillsboro, passed away Monday, May 11, 2015, at the Fleming County Hospital in Flemingsburg. She was born February 8, 1928, in Bath County, the only child of Walter and Peachie Anderson Stephens. Her husband of 55 years, Hildreth C. (Hillie) McKee, passed away November 21, 2009. Mrs. McKee is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Jill McKee of Hillsboro; one daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Donald Williams of Owingsville; six grandchildren, Austin McKee, Cole McKee, Braydon McKee, Bailey McKee, Erika Hunt, and Joe Hunt; and one great granddaughter, Emma Gray. Mrs. McKee was a homemaker and attended the Hillsboro Methodist Church. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday, May 14, 2015, at Hutton Funeral Home with the Rev. Lowell Rice and Brother Gerald Saunders officiating. Burial will follow in the Hillsboro Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Marion Story, Bill Story, Stevie Call, Austin McKee, Cole McKee, and Joe Hunt. Honorary pallbearers will be Everett Anderson, Jewell Call, Pete Waggoner, and Ewell Goodpaster. Visitation is after 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 13, 2015, at Hutton Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
