Alice Irene Reeves Morehouse, age 80, of Dry Creek Road, Clearfield, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, September 8, 2009, at her residence. She was born March 15, 1929, in Blue Ash, Ohio, and was the daughter of the late Walter and Sylvia Brady Reeves. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Joe Reeves and Lloyd Reeves. Her husband, Herbert Morehouse, preceded her in death on June 14, 2006. She is survived by three sons, David Taylor of Clearfield, Kentucky; Larry Blaker of Mukilteo, Washington, and Jack Blaker of Canal Fulton, Ohio; one brother, Jerry Reeves of Wooster, Ohio; one sister, Bonnie Shultzman of Wooster, Ohio; 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Alice loved cats, and enjoyed her flowers, gardening, baking, and visiting flea markets. She attended the First Church of God. Private family services will be conducted on Saturday, September 12, 2009, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Larry Blaker officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation for family and friends is after 5:00 p.m. Friday, September 11, 2009, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals.
