Alice F. Everman Manning, age 70, of Sunset Road, Hillsboro, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, February 7, 2012, at the Life Care Center in Morehead, Kentucky. Born June 20, 1941, in Grundy, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late James Tavis (J. T.) Everman and Lena Coleman Everman. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Albert Dean Manning, who passed away December 27, 1999, and one sister, Bonnie Everman Hunt. Mrs. Manning is survived by two sons, Barry D. Manning and Troy Manning, both of Hillsboro, Kentucky; one sister, Donna Griggs of Paris, Kentucky; two step grandchildren; Joey Beamon and Casey Ratliff; and nieces and nephews. Mrs. Manning was a homemaker and member of the Hillsboro Christian Church. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday, February 11, 2012, at Hutton Funeral Home with Brother Gerald Saunders officiating. Burial will follow in the Hillsboro Cemetery. Pallbearers: John Peecken, Eldon Griggs, Michael Planck, Danny Planck, Joey Beamon, Duane Parker, Duane Parker, Jr., Todd Johnson, Tommy McClanahan, and Jack Ratliff. Visitation is from 11 a.m. until the funeral service at 1 p.m. Saturday, February 11, 2012, at the Hutton Funeral Home, Hillsboro, Kentucky.
