William Thomas Wallace, age 44, of Rock Fork Road, Morehead, passed away Thursday, May 2, 2019, at St. Claire HealthCare in Morehead.
Born February 16, 1975, in Morehead, William is the son of Lucille Riddle of Morehead and the late Thomas Steve Wallace, who passed away May 23, 2016. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Melvin Wallace, Jr. and Regina Carol Black Wallace.
In addition to his mother, he was survived by his wife of 18 years, Amber Bowling Wallace, whom he married September 5, 2000; two sons, Jacob Jennings and Wyatt Tristin Wallace; one daughter, Kaylee-Anne Carol Wallace, all of Morehead; step father, Tarry Johnson of Ohio; and step mother, Carlene Wallace of West Liberty.
Other survivors include four brothers, Thomas Wallace of Morehead, Steven Wallace and Brandon Wallace, both of West Liberty, and Tarry Riddle of Morehead; five sisters, Trisha and Michael Williams of Morehead, Lisa Caskey of Flemingsburg, Christy Wallace and Teri Holbrook, both of West Liberty, and Tonya Gilvin of Tucson, Arizona; several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles; and a host of cousins and friends.
William was a 1994 graduate of South Side Senior High School in Hookstown, Pennsylvania, and a third-year student at Kentucky Community Technical College System planning to graduate on May 13, 2019, with an associate's degree in auto mechanics. He was currently an employee of J. T. Auto Sales in Fleming County and the owner of W. T. Wallace Auto Repair on Rock Fork Road. William enjoyed rebuilding old cars and loved spending time with family and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Monday, May 6, 2019, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Brother Jack Templeman officiating. Burial will follow in Bowling - Wallace Cemetery on Rock Fork Road.
Pallbearers: Tommy Wallace, Steven Wallace, Brandon Wallace, Toby Bowling, Garrett Utterback, and Tyler Stephens. Honorary pallbearers: Jacob Jennings, Devin Soisson, Michael Williams and William Riddle.
Visitation will be from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday, May 5, 2019, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead.
