J. Mead, Miranda Vandegriff, Allie Kerns, and Adrianna Kerns; 26 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

Following his military service, Harold worked in construction and coal mining until a career ending work-related accident in the late seventies.  Harold enjoyed helping friends and neighbors, traveling almost daily with Wanda June (either in the county or across America), spending time at the beach, and attending MSU basketball games.  Harold treasured his time with family and their many adventures through the years.  He will be sadly missed and remembered with love.
