Jesse Franklin “Frank” Moore, age 74, of Oak Grove Road, Morehead, passed away Saturday, November 2, 2019, at Southview Medical Center in Centerville, Ohio.
Born November 18, 1944, in Morehead, he was a son of the late Charles Clella Moore and Elsie Conn Moore. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Wilburn R. Moore.
He is survived by two daughters, Jessica (Doug) Elliott of Springboro, Ohio, and Becky (Perry) Whitaker of Cedarville, Ohio; six grandchildren, Jacquelyn Woods, Jenny (Matt) Wesley, Traci (Scott) Reed, Ashley Shelton, Lauren Whitaker, and Ethan Whitaker; two brothers, Charles (Loretta) Moore and Sidney (Denise) Moore, all of Morehead; several nieces and nephews; and other extended family members.
He was a former assembly line worker for Navistar International and loved classic and hot rod cars (his favorite was a Mustang) and collecting coins.
Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Friday, November 8, 2019, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Charles Moore and Pastor Greg Bowman officiating. Burial will follow in Crix Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Doug Elliott, Perry Whitaker, Ethan Whitaker, Kyle Moore, Todd Moore, Jeff Moore, and Kevin Hatton.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, November 7, 2019, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.
