Deborah Lynn (Epperhart) Netherly

Deborah Lynn Epperhart Netherly, age 65, of Bullfork Road, Morehead, passed away Monday, October 7, 2019, at St. Claire HealthCare in Morehead.

Born February 15, 1954, in Rowan County, she was a daughter of the late Clarence Edward “Bill” Epperhart and Betty R. Owens Epperhart. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Christopher Dale Epperhart, and an infant brother, Richard Wayne Epperhart.

Deborah is survived by one daughter, Melissa Martt of Morehead; one son, Preston Netherly (and wife Janie) of Morehead; four sisters, Beverly Williams (and husband Duke), and Linda Epperhart, all of Morehead, Janice Hancock of Cleveland, Tennessee, and Kimberly Hunt of Ashland; 6 grandsons; 2 granddaughters; 4 great granddaughters; and 1 great grandson; as well as nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Deborah thoroughly enjoyed her work, fellow co-workers and patients at St. Claire Regional Medical Center where she was a registered nurse for 30 years.  She had a servant’s heart and was known for her determination and generous giving to others. Deborah loved her family without limits and adored her pets, especially her kitty cats.  She will be greatly missed. 

Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday, October 10, 2019, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Jack Hinton officiating.  Burial will follow in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery.

Pallbearers:  Bradley Netherly, Kody Netherly, Tyler Netherly, Waylon Glover, Josh Burke and Jonathan Burke.

Visitation is 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday, October 9, 2019, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.
