Sara Beth will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by her devoted mother and stepfather, Stephanie and Dale Craft of Morehead, her extended family, and numerous dear friends whom she cherished as family: Liam McKendree, Jess McKendree, Crista McKendree, Kevin McKendree, Lindsey Harris, Chelsea Sparks, Morgan Stratton, Murphy Stratton, Janice Shepherd, Logan Adkins, Rachel Yanko, Angela Ball, Becca and Kaleb Ball, and perhaps her favorite family members: Bartholomew Jameson and Rhubarb Raptor Lowe, her two feline children.

Sara Beth was an integral part of the community, dedicating her life to serving others. Over a decade of her life was spent working with homeless and disadvantaged youth, making a significant impact on their lives. She served as a Development Coordinator for the Gateway Children’s Advocacy Center, a role she treasured and which allowed her to change countless lives for the better.

Her passion for knowledge was boundless. After graduating from Rowan County Senior High School in 2009, she pursued higher education earning a bachelor’s degree, two master’s degrees (one in fine arts and another in social work) from Morehead State, Spalding, and Ohio State universities.  Alongside her work with children, she was deeply engaged in creative writing, editing, publishing, and grant writing, showcasing her diverse talents and unwavering commitment to making a difference in the lives of others.
